Listed prices are for personal use only unless stated otherwise.

My services are digital, you will not be getting any physical items.

You may not copy, edit, redistribute, or claim my artwork as your own.

I do not allow usage of my art for AI, NFTs or the like. Please do not upload my work to any related sites.

My commissions are not first come first serve

The general timeline for most commissions is around 1-3 months depending on size of commission and current workload.

Deadlines are acceptable as long as they are clearly discussed and reasonable. You may ask for a priority commission for a rush fee.

I stream some of my work on Twitch, so if it is NSFW or private it might take a little longer.

If you need an NDA or secrecy for your commission let me know and we can settle on a fee.

It is up to you to include all the details for your commission. If your reference was unclear and you didn't clarify it I will not make big changes without a fee.

I keep the right to decline or cancel any commission for any reason, like me being uncomfortable with the request or the client.

After rendering has begun, major changes will only be done for an upcharge. Please mention any changes you would like while we are still in the sketch/rough phase.

Do not push me to finish - I will find time to complete your commission.

You can check my trello work queue any time to see my progress.

If the commission takes longer than the specified time period and we haven't discussed the timeline before, I will do my best to publicly post about delays or message you about it.

If commercial usage is wanted, please mention it ahead of time and we can discuss a fitting price.

If you want commercial rights for a piece you already got, you can do the same.

Make sure to mention if you want/need the full commercial rights (mostly for companies)

If you need other commercial rights, reference these and let me know which one you need:

Promotional content: music videos, thumbnails, core promotional material

Merchandise & Digital Goods: reproducing and selling the artwork publicly or privately, any type of merchandise, posting it on a monetized platform like Patreon etc.

You may use the art you commissioned for monetized content for no upcharge, as long as it is not the sole focus.

Monetized content: using the art as a social media icon/banner/post, using it as a stream asset

I, as the artist, retain full rights over the created image to profit from, alter, share WIPs and post whenever and wherever I see fit on my social media unless complete commercial rights have been purchased.

This means regular commercial commissions can still be featured in things like artbooks, my Patreon etc.

I also retain the right to watermark or sign any of my work.

Please fill out the form with a brief description of your idea and add references of your character.

I will contact you to discuss any details and complexities and quote you the more exact price/total.

If you agree to the quote, I will send you a Paypal invoice.

Payments must be made in 48h after receiving the invoice.

Unless agreed otherwise, all payments are upfront only.

For big commissions like models payment plans can be discussed.

If payment is not on time I reserve the right to delay, waitlist or cancel the commission.

Regular updates will be given as work progresses.

High quality files will be delivered per a cloud service (usually Google Drive) when I am finished and the invoice is paid in full.

Files don't stay up forever so please secure them timely.

References have to be clear and colored

If the art is made by another artist, please make sure it's cut properly and ready to be rigged. I will work with what I'm given so this is very important for both of us if you want a good result

If the art is cut very badly, I reserve the right to refuse the commission.

Even better if we can communicate and make sure the cuts are to my preference

I keep the right to refuse very big amounts of toggles. (will be communicated of course)

Please don't micromanage my art, I understand models are personal but if you don't like my style please don't be problematic about it.

Once rendering starts I offer 3 free changes, anything after will be charged extra.

If you commission me for art + rig once you confirm the artwork I won't go back to change it without an extra charge (unless I made a mistake in spite of clear references)

The .cmo3 file is not included in Live2D commissions. You may ask to purchase it though.

If you resell models made by me you may not resell them for a higher price than you bought them for (unless other art is included)

If you would like the model to have a nude base please mention it ahead of time so I can adjust my process and prices.

Model timelines are hard to generalize because they heavily depend on the complexity of them, so I can't provide an estimate without a request/description. Sorry :)

If anything happens and the client chooses to stop the commission before the rendering process, I will refund up to 50% and send the material completed up to that point to the client.

If I fail to meet a clearly stated deadline, a partial refund may be discussed.

Refunds will be sent after they are discussed. Do not go through PayPal, just contact me.

I will only refund 100% if I haven't started the rig/model yet.

After rigging has begun, you can only get a refund for up to 50%.
